Why many team training did not succeed?
Does the applicant to the training want to learn
Want to put into practical what has been learned
Want to succeed.
If a good training take 5 days or 7 days
The Employer ask the facilitator to cramp it to shorter time
The facilitator need sufficient time to guide
The participant need enough time to absorb
The facilitator only provides the tools and materials
The team need to take back the resource
Build a solid house
But we just store it in our head
Come next training
More materials store in the head
Conclusion, why waste time going for training
Every time, we learn none is apply
Why?
Employer give training as a benefit?
As a two days holiday?
Or to be put into practical use
Why?
