My usual wake up time is 530am to 6.00am. One hour of going "within", twenty minutes of "Chi Kong" and a ten minutes walk to the school where my wife will pick me up as my youngest son attend class.
We will then have morningng breakfast together. Last few days we decided to find out some of the morning activities in town.
