If you visit Layang Layang, another town in Johor, a must visit shop is Layang Food Trading, Tel 07-7527458. They sell more than 50 varieties of chips.
It is good snacks for young and old.

What is the name of this town - The first winner to name this place will get a small gift

In Johor, before the highway was ready, this town was packed with tourists for shopping pottery, vegetables, etc.
Now, it is only busy during the holidays and weekends.

Maybe, the next treasrue hunt in aid of MAA-MEDIcare Kidney Charity Fund canbe ina more central location.

We travel 12 hours from Alor Setar back to Kluang. Our agent Seah Mina broke record for driving without changing driver throughout the journey.

We enjoy the 4 days and look forward to the next one.

While we will focus in the beginning on food from Kluang and nearby towns, there is definitely good food in other towns. Please share with us. We will someday visit these places

Next year will be Visit Malaysia Year 2007. In Malaysia, it is either rain or shine. Domestic traveller always look for good food. For foreign tourists they will go first for cleanliness or "safe" food. I hope Kluang can bring in more tourists, we have enough reason for them to stay at least two days one night.

If you wish to go to Pulau Tioman, please stop by Kluang. I remember in the early days, Kluang been a valley and with a mountain, Gunung Lambak, is very misty in the early morning. Kluang was called "little England"

We will interview some locals, and find out more about Kluang. In the 1960's where triads existed we dared not visit some places. I am sure there are some good stories for me to hear.

Tonight's dish "Lu" duck - A teochew dish, weigh 4kg and on the plate 3.5kg.

Recently, my Company sent me to a training. Evry trainer I met mentioned that we are very lucky because few companies are willing to spend money on training.
In the "ice breaking" exercise I am asked to write my neme in alphabet in a slip provided, example YSH. The trainer Vick collect the slips, shuffled them and we pick up one each. We are to find out the person named in alphabet, asked him three questions. Name, hobby and Unique. For me hobby is looking for food.
Marketing personnel are supposed to be good host, or the chinese pronounced as good "horse".
For the next series of food I have invited my agent Henry to help in writing and I will provide the photograph.

Dance Group - At the Kluang Park, Jalan Mengkibol. Young and old they come and dance.

My usual wake up time is 530am to 6.00am. One hour of going "within", twenty minutes of "Chi Kong" and a ten minutes walk to the school where my wife will pick me up as my youngest son attend class.
